30 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY
We pride ourselves on our product quality and strict quality control but to provide you with maximum peace of mind we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty:Defective merchandise including stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference to photos, and major difference between the photographed product and the product received are subject to exchange within 30 days.
☆ Please note that :
-The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size,color and fabric on our page.
- All the exchange or refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) at our return center,please contact our customer service:service@guystep.com to obtain our return address.

I . RETURN PROCESS
If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at service@guystep.com
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
- Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
☆ Please note that :
-Returns must be approved by us to support a refund, and the returned package must be printed and accompanied by an RMA slip.
II . RETURN POLICY
- You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
- Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached.
- We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- For the below circumstances, We do not accept refund requests. But we can offer a 10%-20% coupon on next order.
- Shipping status shows delivered but not received;
- Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) but has already claimed in our description/title;
- Placed a wrong order mistakenly and shipped.
- No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or last chance items.
- Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.

III . EXCHANGE
- You are guaranteed to obtain an exchange once we have received your return.
Ⅳ . RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- guystep will not be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item(s).
Ⅴ. ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Orders canceled within 24 hours since paid will get full refund.
2. Orders canceled within 24-72 hours since paid will get 70% refund of total amount.
3. Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 50% refund of total amount.
4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
There is no need to request to cancel the order if you just want to change colors or sizes in the order. To correct your order, please send us an email with your correct size/color/address.
Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days.Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
